Job Description:

Provides technical assistance to support the rubber/plastic molding departments, paint and trim areas. Establishes production processes for existing and new products. Evaluats prototype and new molds along with supporting equipment. Assist in special assignments under the direction of the Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer or Sr. Molding Technician.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School education plus specialized post high school education plus two years of molding exposure or an associates' degree.

Must have good mechanical aptitude and be capable of understanding detail tool and product drawings.
